Shipping policy

 Processing Time

- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

- Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of INR 60 for orders up to INR 2500. For orders above INR 2500, we offer free shipping.
- Delivery Estimates:
  - Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  - Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional charges apply)

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

- Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

- Customs & Duties: Konica Scales is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

- Damages: Konica Scales is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  - Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

- International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship outside India.
